Your crown is my priority—one braid at a time. ⸻ ✨ Client Appointment Policies ✨ Please read carefully before booking Deposit Policy • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • The deposit goes toward your total service price. • Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. • Deposits will be forfeited if: • You cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment • You do not show up • You arrive more than 15 minutes late and the appointment is canceled ⸻ Hair Preparation • All clients must arrive with hair washed and blow-dried. • Hair must be 100% free of products (no oils, grease, leave-ins, or conditioners). • If hair is not properly prepped, service may be declined or an additional fee may apply. ⸻ Arrival Time • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be added automatically. • Excessive lateness may result in appointment cancellation with no refund. ⸻ Extra Guests • No extra guests are allowed. • This includes children, friends, or family members unless they are being serviced. ⸻ Agreement • Booking an appointment confirms that you have read and agreed to all policies.
